How do I become a VIP Member of Reina's Search?In order to become a VIP Member of Reina's Search you must complete our 'review' form which allow you to spill the "tea" on your purchases in an easy way. Once you have been contacted by one of our Review Customer Specialists to verifiy your review information as accurate, you can expect to receive an email soon after confirming your approval for VIP Membership and allowing you access to our Social Media platform where you'll be able to chat with and connect with other Members.

What happens when I subscribe to Reina's SearchWhen you subscibe to Reina's Search you will receive a 30 Free Trial that allows you immediate discounts of at least 10% (We have frequent and reoccurring promotions), you receive access to our general Members information ~ which includes our monthly styling advice release (providing helpful styling techniques, haircare treatments, and much more), and the opportunity to earn extra rewards towards money off on purchases.

Do you accept returns?No. We believe that hair is an intimate apparrel purchase and should not be allowed to be returned for resale. We do offer exchanges on merchandise that reviewed for eligible exchange (please review our exchange pollicy in full for more information on this review process) via submission through our website. Purchases that want to be qualified for exhange have to be submitted through this process. It's actually easier than and less expensive than paying return shipping cost, and definitely more timely. Customer's may submit video and photos of there purchase via our Order Review website page. These are reviewed by staff who then will contact you about your concern and exchagne options if any.

Are you open 7 days a week?No. Our website is available for online purchase 7 days a week, and our customers and Members are free to chat, buy, and use our service offered on our website 24/7 but our office staff is only availble Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm ~ Eastern Standard Time Saturdays 12 Noon to 6pm ~ Eastern Standard Time

Does Anyone Ever Answer the Phone?Yes. We do try to answer phone calls in the order they are recieved. We only have one receptionist and she is doing an awesome job! But she receives a lot of calls on any given day in addition to her other tasks. The best way to contact someone and receive and faster response time is to email according to your need. How long does it take for me to get items?Each product we carry at Reina's Search is individually picked for quality. We have a Shipping Information page that goes more into detail about product delivery and timing of delivery. But just as a simple heads up, usually the less expensive the item, the longer it takes for delivery.
